Vendors must sign a CONTRACT (click on "CONTRACT" to open) and submit a deposit (equal to one month's rent) to Eagle Street Market, to secure your booth. P.O. Box 718, South Haven, MI 49090. Checks are made out to EAGLE STREET MARKET. No commission is taken from your sales, you (or your replacement) must work one day per month or pay $50.00. Additional electricity in your booth is $10.00 per month. Vendors must work one weekend day per year or pay a $100 fee. Vendors pay a 3% credit card fee on their own sales that are charged. Booth rent is due by the first day of each month, a late fee of $50 is charged if we have not received your rent by the 5th of the month. (details are in the vendor contract). No firearms, or coins are permitted to be sold.
Days and Hours: We are open 7 days a week May - September, 11-6. October, November, December, March & April, we're open 5 days a week Friday - Tuesday 11-6. In January and February, we are open every Friday, Saturday & Sunday 11-6. Rent is half in Jan. & Feb, and 1/2 day per month of work is required.
